Would book again
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

About this experience
Collect the car at the city-centre depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 17 days, and the convertible class takes 4 people and 1 suitcases, which is the right size for Cartagena and the roads out of it.

Disappointing
Poorly organised on the day. The staff seemed unsure of the schedule themselves. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Highly recommend
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
