A real highlight

The seat was comfortable for a long flight and the cabin stayed quiet. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Worth it, just about

Okay for the money. I would pay a little more next time for a better departure time. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Below expectations

Would not book again. We were moved off the flight at the gate and rebooked without an explanation. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.
