Better than expected
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Collect the car at the city-centre depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 19 days, and the compact car class takes 5 people and 2 suitcases, which is the right size for Cape Town and the roads out of it.

Disappointing
Not what was advertised. The description promised more than the experience delivered. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

A real highlight
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Fine overall
Enjoyed it, but the meeting point could be clearer — we walked past it twice. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.
