Would book again
Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the arrivals hall hire desk — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 23 days, and the full-size SUV class takes 5 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Cape Town and the roads out of it.

Disappointing
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Better than expected
The photos do not do it justice. We spent far longer here than we planned to. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Better than expected
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
