Better than expected
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Travelled on my own and felt completely comfortable.

Would book again
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. The children loved it, which is the real test.

Would not repeat
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Went with my partner and we both enjoyed it.

Disappointing
Poorly organised on the day. The staff seemed unsure of the schedule themselves. Squeezed it in around a work trip and it was worth the time.
