Pleasant but busy
It was okay. Worth doing once, but I would try something different next visit. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the city-centre depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 11 days, and the premium car class takes 5 people and 3 suitcases, which is the right size for Bucharest and the roads out of it.

Superb
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Excellent
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

A real highlight
Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
