Excellent
Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the city-centre depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 28 days, and the full-size SUV class takes 5 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Bruges and the roads out of it.

Fine overall
Pleasant enough. The guide was knowledgeable but the group was larger than advertised. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Better than expected
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

Better than expected
A highlight of the trip. I have already recommended it to two friends who are visiting next month. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
