Disappointing
The driver arrived ninety minutes late and we had a sleeping child with us. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Superb
The child seat was fitted and ready, and the driver waited while we settled the children in. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

Superb
The driver was waiting in arrivals with our name on a board and walked us out to the car. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Good, with caveats
Drove well and got us there, but the boot was smaller than it looked for our cases. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
