Disappointing
Not what was advertised. The description promised more than the experience delivered. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 19 days, and the minivan class takes 7 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Berlin and the roads out of it.

Highly recommend
A highlight of the trip. I have already recommended it to two friends who are visiting next month. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.
