A real highlight
Exactly as described. The booking was confirmed within minutes and the voucher arrived straight away. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 12 days, and the compact SUV class takes 5 people and 3 suitcases, which is the right size for Beirut and the roads out of it.

Superb
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Decent experience
It was okay. Worth doing once, but I would try something different next visit. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Not as described
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
