Would book again
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

About this experience
Collect the car at the north-side depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 14 days, and the full-size SUV class takes 5 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Beijing and the roads out of it.

Highly recommend
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Excellent
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Disappointing
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
