Superb
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the north-side depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 24 days, and the compact car class takes 5 people and 2 suitcases, which is the right size for Bath and the roads out of it.

Excellent
Beautiful setting and very well run. The timing gave us plenty of room to explore at our own pace. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
