Would not repeat
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

About this experience
Bangkok Flight & 5-Night Stay pairs a return Premium economy flight into Bangkok with 5 nights in a deluxe room at a centrally placed property, so the two decisions that make a trip are taken once. The room is held from the day the flight lands and for 5 nights afterwards, and both halves are reserved in the same transaction: if either is unavailable, neither is sold, so nobody is left holding a flight without a room. Both the fare and the rate are refundable on the terms shown, so the package can be cancelled as one item.

Highly recommend
One of the best experiences of our trip. Everything ran on time and the staff were genuinely helpful. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

A real highlight
Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Good, with caveats
Good value, though the timing was tight and we felt a bit rushed at the end. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
