Would not repeat
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the city-centre depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 13 days, and the compact car class takes 5 people and 2 suitcases, which is the right size for Bali and the roads out of it.

A real highlight
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Superb
A highlight of the trip. I have already recommended it to two friends who are visiting next month. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
