About this experience
Collect the car at the city-centre depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 20 days, and the estate car class takes 5 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Amsterdam and the roads out of it.

Below expectations
Poorly organised on the day. The staff seemed unsure of the schedule themselves. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Highly recommend
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.
