Not as described
Poorly organised on the day. The staff seemed unsure of the schedule themselves. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

Disappointing
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

A real highlight
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Highly recommend
One of the best experiences of our trip. Everything ran on time and the staff were genuinely helpful. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.
