Would book again
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Pleasant but busy
Pleasant enough. The guide was knowledgeable but the group was larger than advertised. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
